This Investment was a joint venture real estate development in Dubai Marina to build the world’s tallest residential tower. At approximately 444m tall, the building has 106 floors with over 1.1 Million sq. ft of saleable area.

This Investment was with a diversified real estate investment company that focused its discretionary capital on the acquisition of performing and non-performing debt instruments. Summit Equities, was led by Evan Seiden, who was also a private lender to value-add situations within the New York metropolitan area.
Bromborough Wharf, UK
A brownfield site of approximately 65 acres in total, with 55 acres net developable. Former chemical works – demolition, site clearance, and remediation already completed. Acquired in 2015. Bromborough is a housing submarket for Liverpool (20 minutes) and Chester (25 minutes). Outline planning permission for up to 520 residential units, was granted in Spring 2018 giving a GDV of US$ 210 Million.

Invested in London-based Hantec Markets in 2012, recognizing that there is a huge opportunity to provide foreign exchange (FX/forex), bullion and CFD online trading solutions to professional traders and financial institutions worldwide. Since investing there has been explosive growth with more than 120,000 clients and now this company has a turnover of US$ 100 billion annually which has rewarded the parent company with with an estimate ROI in excess of 925%.
Ras Al-Khaimah, UAE
This investment was with a United Arab Emirates-based specialist equipment fabricator with 190 employees and delivered a range of products and services for oil and gas service companies, contractors and operators in the global oil and gas sector including, Petronas, Halliburton, Schlumberger, Baker Hughes, Weatherford and Dubai Petroleum. Its core product range included advanced hydraulic workover rigs essential for offshore drilling operations. It also supplied towers, tanks and other components, and provided contract water jet and CNC plasma cutting, machining, grit blasting and painting services.
Wroclaw, Poland
This investment included both income generating and development projects. ROI over 12 years was 373%. This was below expectations as a result of weakness in the Polish economy and local permitting issues on the development sites. This portfolio included the restoration of the Pasaz Pokoyhof building which became one of the most iconic office buildings, comprising of 14,500 sqm of office and retail space set around a striking courtyard.
